Retired Husband and Wife are looking for a long-term Hunting and Fishing Lease on Small Fenced Tract of Land (20 acres up to 100 acres) for two people within 25 miles of Navasota, Hempstead, Bryan, Madisonville, Conroe, Cleveland, Livingston, Crockett, Groveton or Trinity, Texas for Seasonal Deer and Hog Hunting - (One Hunter Husband), for Fishing (We both Fish) and Camping...*** Depending on the Property Size, Fishing and the Location *** Our Budget allows us to pay $500 - $1000 Per Person each year...(And we are not interested in day hunts and we are not interested in being members of a group lease)...We will also pay a $1000 Cash "Finders Fee" to anyone that can help us find, secure and sign a long term 3-5 year lease.
